Q1: How much should one drink and when is the best time?
A1: There is no minimum or maximum of H4O that one needs to drunk. As a standard it is recommended to drink two packs of H4O a day. The amount you drink depends on your lifestyle and body condition. It has been found to be best to drink at the time of awakening and right before bedtime.

Q2: Can H4O be warmed?
A2: Pour the H4O into a heat proof cup and place it in the microwave for about 1 minute, but avoid boiling it which will release the hydrogen. The oxidation reduction potential will fall if it is heated for too long so we cannot guarantee the potency when this is done, but many tea drinkers in Japan love the smoother taste with green tea. The temperature should be kept below 85 degrees Celsius (185 F) for best results.

Q3: The best-before date
A3: It is six months (the 180th day) from the manufacturing date under normal temperature and if unopened. You can drink H4O up to one year later but we cannot guarantee the hydrogen content, which is technologically difficult to control because of the small size of hydrogen molecules.

Q4: What is the best preservation method?
A4: Places receiving direct sunshine and/or high temperature fluctuations should be avoided. We encourage placement within the refrigerator or a cool dark place though H4O can also be placed at normal temperature for extended periods of time.

Q5: How soon should H4O be drunk after twisting off the cap?
A5: The hydrogen content decreases upon opening and is also affected by the environmental factors and time to drink. After opening we encourage drinking within eight hours. If you stop drinking then squeeze the bottle until the water rises to the top of the cap; then cap it tightly. This assures that the air is not present in the H4O Pak and can be stabilized for a longer period of time. For best results drink it within 8 hours or immediately upon opening.

Q6: Can H4O be taken with medicine or when one is taking prescription medicine?
A6: Because H4O works as a dietary detox agent and may increase the urine flow or excretion of toxic matter we encourage you to consult with your doctor if you are taking medicine.
